Bernhard is Founding Partner and Director of CONNECT PMC. Prior to CONNECT PMC he headed, over the past 10 years, the Project Management department of SAVILLS and CBRE in Malaysia.
Internationally, he worked for a number of multi-disciplinary consultancies in the UAE, New Zealand, Europe and Russia, and has over 20 years experience in design and management process of commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, and educational projects of various scales and specifications.

Mike Skinner

Mike is a founding partner of CONNECT PMC. Prior to CONNECT, Mike gained a broad spectrum of experience as a Senior Project Manager at Savills Malaysia and JLW Malaysia since 2012.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor in the UK since 1996, Mike has extensive experience with refurbishment and maintenance projects ranging from small to large-scale developments and in all aspects of commercial building surveying including pre-acquisition surveys.
